The available sizes on the site are actual.

If your size is missen, you can contact us to request the desired size.

We do our best to process and deliver your order as fast as we can. Orders placed on  workdays before 6pm would be shipped the same day. 

We ship through PostNL and DHL.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Track-and-trace code will be sent via e-mail when the order has been posted.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

When you place an order, it is no longer possible to cancel or change this order. However, you can return it when it has been delivered.


Return conditions 'general conditions'

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur in all its original accessories and packaging - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

  • when the article is complete, new, no stains, not worn and in the undamaged original packaging with the tags still attached.

  • if the packing slip or a (copy) of the invoice, or other proof of purchase is included in the packaging.

    Some items cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Articles that have been adjusted in accordance with your specifications.

  • Articles that are clearly of a personal nature.

  • Items that does not meet the criterial of return policy.

When you receive the order, check if all of the items ordered are not damaged and complete. If otherwise, please contact our customer service: as soon as possible.

When you order on, you have a reflection period of 14 days from the moment you, or a designated third party, receive the item ordered. During the reflection period, you should handle the items with care. Dirty, worn or damaged products would not be accepted.

Money Back

When you return an item, the full purchase amount excluding shipping costs  would be refunded as soon as the returned item has been received. This should not take longer than 7 working days.

Return costs are on the account of the customer.
